FAQS

What should I wear?

Work-out wear for most classes.  Any special requirements for a routine will be listed in each class description.  For Pole classes, shorts and tanks, or less depending on your comfort level.  Absolutely no Nudity at our Studio.
No – lotion or oils on hands, arms or legs for Pole classes. Sorry ladies we need your skin clean and smooth and don't want to make the poles slippery.  Also no jewelry. We don’t want to scratch the pole or get your skin pinched!

What kind of shoes do I need to wear?

Tennis shoes or Heels, whichever you are more comfortable in. Shoes are required.

Is there a weight limit?

We offer a variety of classes, and everyone can participate.  There really is no weight limitation, per se, even on the pole.  The poles'  weight limitation is merely determined by the student.  If you can climb the pole and balance yourself...then there really is no weight limitation.  The pole limitations are merely the individual's limitations.

Do I need experience?

Most classes do not need experience, Pole Level Classes must be taken in order.  Check our class descriptions for any prerequisites
We can accommodate anyone who also wishes not to be airborne with "On the Ground-Pole and Floor Routine" class, or choose any of the other classes we offer.  Remember, you can be sensual at any size. This is also a great class for those who want to dance "with" the pole, but aren't comfortable "ON" the pole.

What time should I arrive?

You should try to arrive 15 minutes prior because we do start on time.

If I don't like the class, can I have a refund?

If by the end of your first class, you notify us that you are unable to continue, we'll offer you a transfer to a different class.  After the first night's class all refunds will be prorated.

Are your classes open to the public for observation while we are taking them?

We protect your privacy.  No observers are allowed during class time.  We offer public observation for different events, but not for our classes.

Can men attend?

Call for details, please.
