The art of sensual and fluid movement. Fluid transitions between pole, floor work that includes the art of "exotic" dance as well as increases body flexibility. (Beginner)
*Requirements - Must bring heels and leg warmers. Must have some pole experience with knowledge of
beginner/basic moves! 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Pole tricks combinations workshop. Learn and perfect various pole combos! Put together 2 or 3 of your favorite moves into an awesome fluid combo. Bring your favorite moves you would like help on and get various combo suggestions and
demonstrations. Or you have the option to work of a list of Intermediate and Advanced Combinations that will be provided! (Preferably Intermediate and Advanced Levels but Beginners are welcome!!) 6:00pm - 7:30pm
