Beginner Pole Workshop
Is the pole for you?  If you're not sure, this is the basic class where we teach you a few walks, moves, and a couple of spins.  This class consists of stretching time, approximately 25 minutes of instruction, plus practice time.  This is also a prerequisite for any class that involves the pole.

Beginner Pole Series
This is a series of 4 classes-one night a week. These classes are 90 minutes each. The first 30 minutes will focus on improving flexibility, and building strength and endurance. The next 45 minutes is devoted to pole instruction followed by practice time, mini-routines, and cool-downs. Excellent total body workout. Students will learn all of the pole basics, and a variety of pole moves, tricks, and mounts.

Intermediate Pole Series
This is a series of 4 classes-one night a week. These classes are 60 minutes each. The first 15 minutes will focus on warm-up and stretching. The last 45 minutes is devoted to pole instruction. This series includes new power moves, tricks, combinations, and more.

Advanced Pole Series
This is a series of 4 classes, one night a week... warm up, approximately 45 minutes of instruction, and play time. Classes are about 60 minutes each. Great total body work out! Students will begin learning more advanced inversions, mounts, tricks, power moves, dance, and routines.

Lap/Chair/Floor Class
If the pole isn’t for you or want to try something without a pole, here is a series of classes that will spice up your romance at home. You’ll learn a combination of routines that can be put together with music
we provide or bring your own.

Open Pole - Non-Instructional

Looking for non-instructional time for you to work on the pole?  Utilize our Open Pole time to master your skills or just get that needed break away from it  all.  This is available to current, past and even those that have not taken series classes with Indy Pole Dancers (pre-requisites apply).

Adult Ballet/Tummy Toning

This class consists of ballet-inspired workouts that strengthen and tone the total body, especially the abdomen, shoulders, legs and back. These workouts will also improve grace, balance, posture, flexibility, and confidence.  In this class you will learn basic ballet techniques - both at the barre and on the floor -- as well as strong abdominal sculpting.
