In order to accommodate everyone’s schedule and to maintain timeliness as well as having fun, we ask that all students/party attendees arrive at least 15 minutes
prior to designated start time in order to be able to complete all of the preliminary paperwork and/or changing of clothes. This way we are able to start
classes/parties at the designated times.
This will help to assure that there is less of a chance of any overlap
between classes which could cause later classes a delay in their beginning
time.
As both professional and personal courtesy, please assist us in beginning and ending all classes/parties at their designated times.
If parties/students are late, the ending time will remain the same, especially if
there are multiple classes/parties that day/evening. If there are no other classes and/or parties directly after the delayed class, it will be the discretion of the instructor to delay the finishing time.
As an additional thank you to students who bring in 5 or more
additional pre-paying students for classes, workshops, or sessions, we will provide you a complimentary class that is of like/or equal value (Exclusive of visiting instructors).
Prepaying for 4 classes will discount your classes to $60.00 per package ($15.00 per class), as well as prepaying for 8 classes will discount your classes to $90.00
per package ($11.50 per class).
We understand that times are tough financially for everyone and if you
wish to pay on a day to day basis that is also acceptable. The rate will be
$17.00 per day. If you wish to “drop in” for a class, pending space availability, the charge will be $19.00 per class. Be sure to call ahead of time in order
to verify class/pole space availability.
Credit will be given only if a cancellation is made prior to 24 hours of a class. 10% of a party deposit will be given if a 10 day notice of cancellation is received in writing via e-mail, voice mail left with Great Opportunities, LLC at 317-439-4945, or spoken directly with owner prior to the party date is given. Make up sessions will be given at the instructor’s discretion or you may take a class at another
time.
There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.
